I start from the craft of leaders and experts - how they decide, weigh trade-offs, negotiate, design - and build the system around it. The work is to capture how the best operate, then spread it across the team.
Before Goyave: eighteen years at Capgemini - head of the Insights & Data business line, then VP for solutions and presales of application services - and seven years at Atos. Large transformation and outsourcing deals, portfolio governance, data and AI.
On the same engagement I work as consultant, product owner and vibe coder. That is what keeps the method consistent: it gets written while it is being used.
The problems I work on are worth addressing at scale: an application estate, hundreds of people practicing the same craft, decisions that pass through several levels. Below that, a team buys a tool and moves on - which is often the right answer. I do not take startups, small businesses, or single-team pilots.
The method is written down and executed. The foundation is built and running. The first studio is in pilot. What arrives on day one was built before the engagement started. Scale comes from technology partners who deliver on those same assets, so a larger programme adds capacity and keeps the same method.
The captured knowledge and the foundation it sits in stay with the client, in open formats. The team that runs them afterwards can read them and extend them. Continuity sits in the deliverable and in the people who inherit it, which is what makes the transformation survive across team changes.
